Food is always fresh and delicious I've eaten there many times.... restaurant always very clean. But all of the crew are very friendly welcoming and kind. Hartz Chicken is blessed to have the crew that they have running their restaurant. They keep the tables and restaurant clean throughout the day. They always have a smile and a kind word to say. The staff at the Dayton Hartz Chicken make the restaurant a friendly and welcoming place to eat!!

Just ordered $50 To Go worth of food and order completely wrong and shorted the number of items ordered.
Trying to call them and the number provided on the receipt isn't even a working number.
Won't be back!!!
