07/03/2014 - A disgusted customer
Our family of six came for dinner and had to wait forever for a table to get cleaned off. There was only 4 tables being used. We had to wait forever for a menu and drink order and nobody ever gave us silverware. I had to steal it from an already made up table. The salad bar was just wilted iceburg lettuce and three dressings. The tea tasted like soap water. The waitress did come and ask us if we needed anything once. When our food arrived, my youngest sons plate was late and not served with the rest. My daughters fettuccini was mushy and tasted like flour and soap. My chicken was cold. My husbands meat sauce was overcooked, the meat was hard and it tasted burned. I told this to the waitress and told her that I dont think we will be back. She apologized. I told her that I will pay my check and would like to see a manager. The owner came out and I told her my concerns and that we would not be back. She was rude and made excuses saying that all the food is made on site. She turned around to go back into the kitchen and as the door swung open she said,"shes a b-tch" and the server said, "I told you"
Wow! You make me pay for slop, and then call me names in front of my family?
