I order a takeout of shrimp
Fajitas terrible. Just terrible. Over cooked shrimp on green peppers. Really bad. I didn’t know it till I got home. I will not go there again.

Terrible service. Walked in and sat for 15 minutes without getting served. Then waitress waits on us with frustration. IM OUT..i can see how this is gonna go. Place wasnt even busy. Absolutely terrible!

Really dissappointed with take out service. It was really slow, not busy and I ordered fajitas and they forgot the sour cream, pico, cheese, etc. I just got the meat and chips and salsa. That was during the work week at a lunch visit for pickup. Manager told me I could come back and pick it up. I didn't have the time to school her on 45 min. Lunch break, etc..
Anyways the lunch was trashed and there's many others around to choose from. By teleka

Hi I met my friends out To see Kyle light and of course she was amazing our server Sam was great!I placed an order to go for the chicken fajitas it was amazing but very disappointed that I did not have the guacamole that I was supposed to get with it! Hopefully next time they will get the order right

Seated right away, waited 15 minutes for service, during which the waitress stated they were busy. Half the restaurant was empty. Our appetizers arrived with no plates, so I asked for some, 10 minutes later full sizes plates come stating they don't have smaller one's. Then 2 orders of our table of 4 came, me not wanting to be selfish offered my food to my kids and wife, 10 more minutes before their food arrived, now mine was cold because I didn't want eat with them not having their food. The waitress kept repeating how busy they were, however she would disappear for 10 minutes at a time, or playfully sit down with the drunk guests hoping to get better tips, unfortunately I would have tipped her better then the other tables combined, my wife still left her 20% after I wanted to leave her 1$. Terrible service, we won't be back anytime soon.

We went to the one in Perrysburg for carry out and it was horrible service.We went on Friday 8-21-20.They told us it would be 25 minutes for food and when we arrived we still waited an hour there to get our food.Once we finally got our order,they only gave us partial order and had to wait longer for the rest.We even ordered 2 large margs to go and gave us 2 singles and we also ordered 4 flavor syrups and gave us only 2.The manager was very rude and walked away when i was questioning about the order and never returned.When we got back home,the order wasn't completely right either.I tried calling them back on the phone and they placed me on hold for 10 minutes and never got back,so i hung up.WE WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT LOCATION EVER AGAIN!!

Did a carry out tonight at the Sylvania location. We received the smallest portion for a $9.80 Taco Salad ever. Never a fun experience when you get home and ask “where’s the beef” where is the rest of it.
Now the quality was good, but the portion was very weak.

I was in town with family and went twice to Tekelas, Awesome food and great drinks, had the chicken nachos, deliciousness to the top of the 5 star chart. So I saw some bad reviews,,, well they need to try it
again. It was delicious... Happy Hour yes please.

I live within walking distance and have frequented Tekela's frequently with mixed feelings. Tonight (9-28) I walked in at 8:30 pm and sat at the bar. The entire north side was empty,there were 4 women behind the bar and the waitress wearing a tank top immediately asked me what I wanted to drink. She brought me a beer and it was 25 minutes before anyone spoke to me again. A couple sat down next to me about 5 minutes after I sat down. They were immediately served their drinks, given chips and salsa and menus. After 20 minutes the waitress in the tank top asked me if I would like another beer, and I said I would check out. This is the first time I have spent 25 minutes in a restaurant and left hungry. I went to 419 Street Taco and was served my drink, chips and salsa and a menu immediately. Management and training seem to be a consistent issue with this restaurant.
