I have had Tikkas, biryani, nihari, Haleem, daal mash, seekh kebab(beef), lassi and chat. Except chat everything else is delicious, fresh and economical.

I HAVE TRIED MANY DESI RESTAURANTS IN PEEL AND TAZAH TASTE IS THE BEST.
THE FOOD TASTES AUTHENTIC AND ALWAYS FRESH. I DON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE.
I WISH THEY HAD MORE LOCATIONS!

I agree with Real. Just because you didn't like one item doesn't mean everything sucks.
I tried chicken kabab roll and it was good and filling.
Maryam any chance you own/work for Desi Corner? Why did you mention it twice?

I'm writing in reply to the review mentioned above. Firstly, just because the Biryani didn't live up to your expectations doesn't mean ALL the food items aren't good at this restaurant. I'll be honest and tell you that they may not have the best Biryani, however, the other food items are pretty good. I've tried the Kebab rolls (better than Desi Corner), haleem, tandoori chicken, butter chicken etc. Over all, the food is decent. They can take some time to get the food ready, so now I just call in advance and pick up. Plus point is, if you do end up eating there, they make fresh paan, which is a nice delicacy to enjoy after good ol' desi food.

I ORDERED A CHICKEN BIRYANI! IT WAS NOT SPICY AT ALL... I HAD TO ADD MY CHILI SAUCE TO IT WHICH RUINS THE MASALA FEEL OF THE BIRYANI... THE CHICKEN PIECES WERETIIIIIIIIINYYYYYY... I WILL NEVER BUY BIRYANI FROM HERE AGAIN. DESI CORNER IS BETTER. (The guy behind the counter talks too much.) HE CHARGED ME $5.55 FOR THIS SORRY-CALLED BIRYANI!!!!! I WILL GO COMPLAIN IN THE MORNING.... I RECOMMEND YOU GUYS NOT TO EAT FROM HERE. THEY CHEATED ME.... DESI CORNER IS THE PLACE TO BE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
