Went to this restaurant for the first time today. I took my elderly parents and my teenage daughter here for lunch. The location is beautiful and clean BUT the customer service is very BAD. My daughter loves bubble tea so she ordered one with her meal. When she tasted it she immediately pushed it away disgusted. She said it tasted like dirty dish water. So naturally I sent it back with the waitress but she refused saying she ordered it so I must pay for it. It was not an issue of money but it was an issue with product quality. I asked to speak to a manager and the mother came out fighting with me bec she said there's no way she's refundi the drink because we chose to order it!!! This is the most obscene thing I've ever heard at a restaurant. after I didn't tip for the poor service, the manager screamed at me to get out of her store if I no tip. I'm now banned lol. to top it off, my dad asked for mild pad tai and they gave him spicy. The rest of the dishes were very bland and boring. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND NEVER GOING BACK if you are up for a horrible dining experience then dine at pho fusion!!!!!
