DISGUSTED with the horrible service. Worst restaurant experience I have ever had with mediocre food. Would never recommend.
Long story short:
We walked in and no one came over to seat or greet us. I had to get the attention of the staff and ask to be seated myself. Not once did the server check in on us during the meal. Not to mention she snatched the iPad away before we had ever finished ordering.
When the manager came over to give us the bill, she asked how everything was. We proceeded to tell her that the food was alright but the service was a little slow. Rather than respecting our feedback, she yelled “You have a problem? WELL DON’T COME BACK then!” And stormed off.
To be honest, we were in absolute shock at her response. It was disrespectful and humiliating. When we calmly asked to speak with her again, she stormed over to our table and began screaming at us again. Rather than hearing out our critique, she continuously spoke over us, rolled her eyes, turned her back and reminded us that we “had to pay” and “not to come back”. She also referred to my friends and I as “you people”and walked away while we were speaking.
Overall, I am disgusted with the behavior of the manager and other staff. She was aggressive, unapproachable, disrespectful and overall just plain rude and humiliating. She asked us for our opinion yet responded by insulting us when we gave her an honest answer. Not once were we rude or deserving of such hostility and discrimination.
DO NOT go here. The food is mediocre and not worth such disrespect. Not to mention the egg shells in my fried rice. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Such a horrific experience and truly upsetting. FAIR WARNING: if you want pho, go elsewhere
