I have order online with Food Village Resturaunt in Whitby 1801 Dundas st east with a app call beyond menu. The service was great and food was excellent. Fantastic hurry up call on

WARNING: Do NOT order online from here!

I ordered, got a confirmation number, all of that. An hour later, nothing has happened, I call the shop. They apparently have been disconnected and it hasn't worked for THREE YEARS! Why no updates? Why no warning? And worst of all, no apology. I say I'm upset they say "order from somewhere else"

Foolish... food is decent at best but I will not be returning. Sometimes it's great, sometimes it can be pretty subpar, but I am so unimpressed at their lack of responsibility and respect for customers... Want good Indian cuisine? Go to signature, 5 minutes west on Dundas from this terrible shop.
