Hi. The person that is working at the ft. Lowell location in tucson Arizona . Was very rude. I waited 7 minutes at the window and no one showed up. So I went around and thought maybe there was a new screen to order from. Since no one was ther3. There was one car. So when ai went around I honked thinking the person didn't hear the bell that the car runs over. Still no one answered. I then when In. Ad I was explaing to her what was going on outside, she started telling me oof that she was busy, and did t appreciate me to keep going around like I did. The. When I tried to explain it to her she said She doesn't need my business. So I asked her name. She wouldn't give it to me
Then I asked if there was a managers nu.ber I can complain. To . She said she's not going to give it to me. Wow. I've gone there several times. I've never had a problem. This just happened 30 minutes ago..

Drove all the way from the east side only to wait over 10 minutes at the drive through window and never be acknowledged. That’s the last time I will drive that far only to be ignored. Thanks for nothing!
