On a family meal run we ordered a large bucket meal and an additional 8 piece. The 8 piece was not in our order. I called and spoke to a manager, I was told to just come in and give my name they logged the issue. I went in today just to grab something for the kids. I mentioned the issue, I was advised they may not be able to honor this because they have "new management" who are kind of a hard a$$. I talked to Raymondo the manager on duty who seemed to think telling people they ripped them off $10 with incompetence was supposed to be treated like "Oh no problem, want some more free money?" I even asked him to confirm he was not giving me the chicken I had paid for and he just smugly shut the window. I'm simply following up as I had advised him I would.
The management apparently are difficult people who would rather rip off customers when possible.
The low level management have poor customer service skills or allowed to treat customers like dirt in which case don't expect a well run facility with competent people filling your order.
Don't leave the window until you have checked everything, if their line takes extra time do it because internally they do no quality control.
I recommend going the extra distance for a well run kitchen because if you get your team to treat customers right, you don't want to know how they clean.
Perhaps being ripped off $10+ saved me from food poisoning! Trying to stay positive, either way I hope you lose far more than you stole from me as a result ;)
