My daughter went to you place last night and when she went to get her first drink the bartender threw the drink on her and yelled at her because she took too long to pay. What kind of establishment are you running? From all the reviews I have read online bad customer service is the norm for you. Throwing a drink on someone is unacceptable, you are very lucky her phone or any other personal items were not damaged. As a business owner I am aware of the pressures of having a restaurant but if any of my staff did that they would be fired on the spot, but none of my staff would ever think of doing that.
I understand that there are drink specials on Friday's and the crowd can get quite intoxicated, if this is the case than maybe you should have a staff that can handle it without physical altercations. Does the liquor board know that you get your customers so drunk that they have to be thrown out on a regular basis? Do they know you serve people beyond their capacity? My daughter was sober, she had just arrived there and came home right after because she was so upset, not to mention soaking wet. She told me she did not say anything because of your policy of throwing people out and she was already humiliated. I am probably writing to someone who does not care but I had to say something, I work very hard everyday to make my customers happy and to see a business that could care less upsets me to the core.
