Something is very wrong with this family. They are unhappy and rude and they could CARE LESS about bad reviews but I just had to write. I have never seen a ruder more dismissive bunch of people in my life behind a counter. I have sat in the parking lot and called in an order to save time at the To Go shop and watched the girl behind the counter IGNORE THE PHONE for 15 solid min while she did nothing. I rang and rang because I was shocked but not really because they are ALWAYS RUDE. When she finally picked up the phone, she said "We're closed" and hung up even though it was 8:15 on a Friday night and depending upon where you look online (including their own website) hours are ALWAYS LISTED AS BEING until 8:30pm or 9pm...BUT THEY WILL CLOSE WHENEVER THEY FEEL LIKE IT ALL THE TIME AND THEY DO. This has happened to me at least ten times. I love the meatballs which is the only reason I put up with it but it's not worth it. I LITERALLY live next door and twice I have called early to place a delivery order at 6pm to give them plenty of time for a teeny three entree order and was told it would be two hours AT LEAST for delivery and do I still want to place the order. I said yes and she simply hung up. It was two hours on the button when they showed up both times. I have walked into the restaurant at 8pm on a Saturday to order when the window was closed "due to family emergency" and was told "we're closed" before I even opened my mouth even though the door was unlocked and people were inside eating. When I showed a bit of frustration because all I wanted was two meatballs, she said "You can leave" and walked by me. I have learned since that she is the owner. There was an older man - an uncle I would guess - who was fairly decent to me one time at the window but that was it. Haven't seen him since. They take NO DEBIT OR CREDIT at the window, CASH ONLY, and they mean it. NO EXCEPTIONS. Even if they've made the food, they'll just take it back and basically call you stupid for not reading the scribble on the window. Seriously, I have never seen anything like it. They all hate their jobs, each other and they hate their customers. Read the reviews, you will see this reiterated in 7 out of every ten reviews.

We order both from the Take Out menu and eat in at the restaurant, always very good. Their antipasto salad is outstanding, as well as the spaghetti with meat sauce, their lasagna, and the chicken parmesan!! We live on the other side of town, but make an effort to go to this restaurant at least once a month.

They have the best ZA in aTucson! A little pricey but
well worth it. They prep their own sausage with little
fennel. I drive 18 miles to eat a pizza.
