My friends and I came off the lake tired and hungry. we decided to have a nice meal at Freddies. After placing our order we discussed the days events. after about 45 minuites, we were wondering why we had not seen or heard from our waitress. A couple at the nwxt table informed us that they had been waiting about an hour for their meal and they were leaving. when we finally received our dinner, the food was cold the steaks were over cooked and we didn't get all of our sides.after complaining to the waitress we were informed that we might get another steak but It would take awhile. We asked to see the manager. The manager informed us that that was the best that they could do. So without causingc any problems we left vowing never to return.P.S We were not offered any discount, compensation or apologies.

My family and I love Freddies. The atmosphere is laid back and relaxing. I simply adore the stuffed mushrooms and steaks.

My husband and I came to Freddie’s for dinner Feb. 13th to celebrate Valentines. This has been our “Special” place for over 15 years. We were VERY disappointed and will probably never be back. To begin, we had a 30 minute wait. This would have been okay, except there were empty tables everywhere. We assume, not enough waitress’ working that night. We went to the bar to get some wine during our wait. The room was filled with dirty tables. Once we were seated, our waitress promptly came to our table to see if she could get us anything. (Water) When she took our order, I wanted the prime rib. Was not on the menu and she stated the menu changes to much she didn’t realize it wasn’t on there. I ordered mine, my husband order his meal, a steak, baked potato, tabouli and a cabbage roll. Our waitress said we could only pick 2. He told her he would pay for it. We were surprised that you no longer serve humus, cabbage rolls, tabouli and BBQ for the appetizers. Our waitress said it was because no one was eating it and it was a waste of money. We would have paid extra if that’s what it took. After our order we asked for a bottle of wine. The one we picked, she cam back 5-10 mins later to say they had none. So we asked for a bottle of the house wine. Another person came by and said you do not sell it by the bottle. Another person came over with 2 bottles that you did have, but we choose to get 2 more glasses of the house wine. Another 10 minutes went by and finally a third person brought it to us. Our dinner finally arrived, and I asked our waitress, where are the cabbage rolls and tobouli we ordered? She forgot and had to go get them The tobouli was salty, the potatoes were VERY small and we had to again ask for cheese and chives for our potato. The rolls were burnt and flat. The steak was excellent, cooked liked we asked. That was the best part of this whole dinner. We would have asked for a manager, but no one in the place looked over 25. What a way to spend our Valentines. You have cut back on your service and quality so much that is very disappointing to us. We will never be back to your restaurant again. What a shame. This use to be the place to go.
