They got the order wrong even after they called to confirm the details before delivery. The lady who called to confirm the order was rude and accused me of not knowing what I was talking about while she tried to explain that they choose to define "chow mein" as "vegetables in white sauce" even though the rest of the known universe defines "chow mein" as "delicious fried noodles". She went on to explain that they always have to call ahead when someone orders "chow mein" because they get a large number of complaints from people who expected noodles and got a salad instead. However even after I explained that I wanted what any normal person would expect to receive after ordering chow mein they still sent their rendition.
