I have never had a customer service complaint at Lai Wah. In fact, the workers have always been kind and courteous. Several times I have asked for special meals and they are always willing to meet my needs. I've made huge orders and small orders and everything has been flawless. I love this place and will continue to frequent it.

Everything on their menu is good! They don't mess around with their portions and all of their Sesame dishes are amazing. They've also got some unique items like a Curry Chicken Fried Rice that I can't get anywhere else. I highly recommend it!

The owner lady needs to have better customer service. i love Chinese food but i would rather drive to far away places to have it than go to this restaurant. I live 3 minutes from the restaurant and I will NEVER go there again and actually i have told all my friends and family how badly i got treated today. i hope they close it soon. i am very disappointed with the owner lady and her rudeness to customers. she really treated me bad tonight... Don't treat your customers like that cos you never know who you are turning away!!!
