I have to say that this is my favorite Pad Thai. I drive from the uptown area (where there are tons of Thai options) to get food from Taste of Thailand because it outshines everything around here!

So Authentic and delicious! I had the Tom Yum soup last time. I had tried it on the buffet and just fell in love with it. Don't get your familiar or faux Chinese dishes. Range out into the authentic Thai dishes. And they are authentic. When you say you want it "hot" with authentic Thai food, you had better mean it. My husband tried a new dish with ground chicken and it was almost too hot for this hot food lover. And the buffet had a shredded vegetable salad that would put any cole slaw to shame. We can't wait to try more dishes. The only complaint I had was that the Pad Thai was gummy and not as flavorful as some I've had.
