Keep your receipt! I had a $10 "tip" added to my bill after the fact. I noticed it once the charge cleared by bank account. I called in and talked to Chuck, the manager. He was very non-chalant and it didn't seem like the first time that this had happened. He agreed to refund the $10 and that was the last I heard from him. I called to corporate and dealt with Colleen Anderson. She said "he already refunded you the 10 dollars, what else do you want me to do?" After multiple phone calls and emails were left unanswered I decided to give an honest review. I don't care about the 10 bucks. I care about the principle of things. Don't add money arbitrarily to my bill.
I would recommend either paying cash or checking your receipt after the fact. Or just skip this place entirely.
