Horrible all the way around.
On Tuesday, November 17, 2020 at about 1 PM we stopped at the Pizza Hut in Kanab, Utah while traveling from Arizona to Montana. We ordered off the menu given to us and then my husband paid. At the table we realized what he paid was much higher than expected. In reviewing everything we noticed they charged $3 more than on the menu for the personal pan pizza and an extra $1.20 for the Pepsi. When questioned the manager got very nasty and, after agreeing the amounts shown on our bill were not what were on the menu or otherwise posted in the building, she said what she charged was right because it was the amount shown on their old menu which she "could not show us." She offered no adjustments to the amounts printed on the menu and became even more uncivil. Oh, and don't expect to be allowed to use the restrooms, not even to wash your hands. If you expect better treatment when you go out to eat, stay far away from this place!
