I'm a longtime customer and always loved this place. But in the past year, the food is either absolutely delicious -- or totally awful...depending on who is cooking. The food is just not consistent and it's a crap shoot as to whether you will get dilectable fried dumplings or over-cooked dried pieces of rubber. Or whether or not you will get beef with broccoli made to perfection, or beef with broccoli with ingredients missing so that it has a sour undertaste and is barely edible. When the food is good, it's good. When it's bad, it's horrible. I hope they see this review and take stock of what they are letting do the cooking during this past year. One thing always guaranteed to be good is their wonton soup, which is premade by somebody who knows what he's doing.
