My boyfriend went to this Portage location for me and asked for their Buffalo snackers where the employee screamed in the intercom, "We don't have that!" Then, we tried for Popcorn Chicken and naturally, she screamed into the microphone once again proclaiming, "WE DON'T HAVE THAT!" She didn't even offer the equivalent to the two food-items. So, I filed a complaint to the executives. =)

7/23/2010 at 3:10P.M. I was ignored at the drive up order board for a long time. No acknowledgement I was even there and no one at the drive up window until I pulled up. Normally you do have good service and the manager did appologize. You had a very personable person before..what happend? If you are assigning work to the drive up attendent stop!
