On Friday evening April 28th 2023 around 8:30pm I went to pay for a take out order for $35 and went to pay with my MasterCard by tapping. I tried 4 times to tap and it didn't work and finally on the 5th tap it worked. So then I remembered last year before Christmas the same deal happened and I had no recourse other than to pay cash. I said check your machine before leaving and the employee said check your card. I then said to him you respect people and they will respect you back. With that the employee was defending himself and said that my card wasn't working and that his machine was fine. And had no respect for me. At that point I left out of disgust and will never go back to Chongqing on Robson ever again. The employee was really rude to me. Signed...W.J. Hunter.

Ordered through DoorDash this evening March 26, 2021 and gave special instructions for the dish "No onions and No shrimp". Guess what it came with... both onions and shrimp. So I phoned the restaurant and the guy said contact DoorDash cause it's their fault. I said the order special instructions said no onions and no shrimp... So he then says only DoorDash sees special instructions for orders, and they don't see them at the restaurant.... Lied straight to me. I said every order that I've done with special instructions on DoorDash are followed by the restaurant I've ordered from. So end of story, I would be very leery ordering from ChongQing on Robson if you have any type of food allergy. It could end up being the end of your story...
