You would think during Covid they would have time and be more attentive to all orders. I had a bday party and wanted to serve roasted pig. I ordered a few pounds a week ahead to try it out. I have to say it was great, well seasoned and crispy skin even though it was few hours later. So I called 3-4 days of my event date to order a 10lbs. The lady took down the order and read back to me the order with date and time. We confirmed twice on the phone.
On the day of, I came to pickup what I ordered to find out they didn't have what I ordered. The lady was like what you ordered and when. They frantically looking for my order and finally got the ticket. She said something in her native language and ran into the kitchen. She walked out with a tray of roasted pig close to 7lbs. She apologized that the kitchen didn't roast enough pig. Wth? Didn't offer a discount. Didn't offer a substitution. What was the point for me to order in advance?
