User Reviews for Tom's Burgers John F B posted on 10/19/2009 Rating & Review: Possibly the best hamburger in Waco. Service is reasonably fast but often incompetent and rude. No one seems to understand a chocolate milkshake/malt should have some chocolate in it. Asked what a 'Mendy Burger" was and the description was mumbled. When I asked again, got a rude but clearer statement. Asked another server what something else was and he did not know. Service people rarely smile, Food is good, but the service is a turn off.
