The Saturday Brisket sandwich is to die for! Service is always great...even when they are packed. You must try the chicken cheese tortilla soup! We go there all the time for the great atmosphere and the outstanding, homemade food! Beer garden, sometimes with live music, is awesome! You definitely have to try it :)

After waitress took are order, she disappered. It took almost 45 minutes to get 2 cheeseburgers w/ fries. Never came back to ask how food was or refill are drinks. Burgers were good, fries cold.
Came back, for tip though.

Fish fry is excellent, potato pancakes remind me of my grandmas.

The staff was overly friendly and prompt. The food was amazing and the atmosphere is awesome. I recommend the amazing breakfasts on Sunday morning ..... served with a fabulous bloody mary if you so choose. I especially liked the outdoor beer garden. Nice music playing and private at that. Two thumbs up

We were visiting friends who live in Eagle. Came all the way from California. Our friends said...Lets get take-out from Coyote Canyon, good food! Well, no complaints on the food, but the service is a whole different story. First we called to place the order, and the girl who answered said "just a minute" She set the phone down for 40 minutes. (NOT KIDDING)We could hear her talking, laughing, and doing shots w/ customers. We had to actually call the bar next door and ask them to go over and tell her to hang the phone up. When we finally were able to order, we got there to pick-up our food, and there were 2 female bartenders behind the bar doing shots. They were very drunk!!!!! We got our food home, and it was all wrong. We called, took it back, got new food, and believe it or not, it was wrong a second time. We have never seen anything quite like this. It is a real shame because we heard the food was so good, but needless to say, we never got to try it, we gave up, and ordered from another place. It just confuses me that all the people in America looking for work right now, why an employer would not replace staff like this with reliable people!!!!

Always have loved this place. Go there for the fish fry and other pub foods. Going to get a pizza tonight; not as good as their other offerings, but have ALWAYS been happy.

Just returned home after a luscious dinner. I had the Cheese Steak Sandwich. Superb!!! Freshly grilled peppers and onions, loaded with meat and provolone cheese. Au jus to dip it in. My friend LOVED her reuben sandwich. Our drinks were awesome--the strawberry margarita on the rocks is 20 oz. and a great deal! Smooth drink that goes down too well.

Highly recommended restaurant. Food was quick and so worth it.

I ate at the Coyote Canyon Grille today (7-17-10) with 8 of my friends. The burgers are pretty good. The breaded fries are really good. The bacon they put on the burgers is good. The sweet potato fries were cold, soggy and undercooked. The Pulled Pork Sandwich was garbage. It tasted like it had been sitting around for days and microwaved when someone ordered pulled pork. the onion rings that I ordered with it were burnt. I am guessing they were sitting around, already fried and then re-friend just to make them warm. They tasted like charcoal. Domestic Beers like Samuel Adams (MA) and Shiner Bock (TX) are considered Imports and you will be charged Import prices. The server was a teenage blond waitress who could not remember who ordered what for food or drinks. She was horrible. The food (aside from the burgers and breaded fries...which were good) was horrible. It was no wonder the place right next door was packed and we were the only people in this joint. It is a mistake to eat here. Avoid like the plague. ...unless you just want a burger, breaded fries, overpriced beer and bad service... Then eat here.

My family of four decided to try Coyote Canyon's breakfast menu on Sunday June 27. The bar area was pretty full, the seating area had tables that had not been bussed so we sat by the window. After ordering, we waited almost thirty minutes before we asked the waitress how much longer for our food. She said she didn't realize how long it had been and would check on it but it would be soon. After 40 minutes I went to the bar for a soda refill and to order another soda for my son. The bartender said that the cook was by himself and that the other cook was late and had just came in. Again we were told that it would be right up. At one hour, we walked out. YES ONE HOUR later we had not yet been served. We do not recommend them at all....
