This is a nice pizza. The crust is medium thick with a very nice chewiness that denotes a knowledge of how long to let it rise. I prefer the pesto sauce over the red sauce, but my fiance always gets a side to dip her pizza in.

My recommendation is for chicken pesto pizza. I substitute mozzarella for the provolone, and artichokes for the chicken. As a light vegetarian pizza, this one rocks!

Be warned, the pepperoni pizza is VERY greasy, so if you're into that, you'll love it. The people are friendly and I would recommend it without hesitation.
