It's a shame there is NO SIGN on the Interstate (I-79) to indicate this Hardee's in Weston, WV. We stopped for gas and just happened upon the Hardy's. What truly cordial and friendly staff! The manager, Harley Bullard, was super-nice to my sister and I (senior citizens) and answered our questions both about the quality of the beef (awesome Texas BBQ) and historical sites in the area of Weston, WV. I haven't been to a Hardee's for years, but if the quality of the food is the same in all the other Hardee's, I'll make a beeline for one the next time I want some really good fast food with real beef (definitely NOT lunchmeat). Can't say enough about the Bourbon BBQ Brisket sandwich. It was delicious and the beef tasted like beef, the bacon was perfect and if it were possible, I'd have taken a pound of just the beef brisket home to freeze.
If you are ever in the Weston, WV area looking for a great sandwich with beef that tastes like it was just sliced from a Texas BBQ's roast, stop at this Hardee's!
