Yesterday (11/18/21) I ordered a power menu bowl for lunch with other items. Service was good, food was ok but when I went to get a fork there were none. I asked the cashier, she went to find one for me. On her way back she asked the manager where they were. Manager said they only had knives. Never looked toward the counter at me. I asked how am I supposed to eat a power bowl. No response from the manager! Cashier apologized. I got my keys and went to see if one was in the glove compartment. Found one went in and ate. Cashier came to the table and apologized again. The manager Never acknowledged us. Maybe needs to be trained to deal with the public and keep her staff out of unnecessary situations. Post a notice saying no silverware or go to Walmart and buy some!!
