Disappointed. Baked sweet potato was burned as was the marshmallows. Husbands steak was to be med rare. More like medium well. However he did say it had good flavor. Server was kind and had cost of sweet potato removed from our bill. Money wasn’t the issue here. The kitchen was putting out bad food. Burned potato should not have been served.

Staying the night in Princeton on my way south and to my surprise found a great place to eat
Was greeted immediately on entry and seated promptly. Samantha my waitress was very attentive throughout the meal. I ordered the texas plate which included ribs, fried shrimp, and chicken tenders. I took fried okra as my side. Steaming hot rolls were bright right away and my meal arrived shortly thereafter. The serving was huge, and at 17.95 is an amazing deal. The ribs were delicious, fried shrimp were plentiful and perfectly crispy and the chicken tenders were some of the best fried chicken I have eaten, as well the size of small chicken breasts.
Best deal around as far as I’m concerned, and will definitely stop by on my way home.

I wouldn’t even give this place one star. Service sucks and food is terrible. We walked in, waited by the hostess stand and had 4 workers pass by us and not even look or greet us. We had been on the road all day and just wanted a good meal. We finally got seated and then it took over 10 mins for the waitress to even come to see if we wanted water. Took her a while to come back with the water and juice for our daughter. Then we order food and over 40 mins after ordering food we still only had the complimentary rolls. We asked for our food to be packed up because it was taking too long and we were going to go eat it back in our room because they were taking longer than they should. The waitress apologized, but that was all. We walked 2 mins back to our room and tried to eat the food but it was beyond terrible and smelled.

Started off good. But when to hell fast. Drinks were good. Bread was awesome. The meal and service totally sucked!! I wouldn't take the steak back to my Dawgs. No flavor. I never use steak sauce on my steaks. But that didn't even help it!!. They did comp the meal. But didn't help the fact that it totally sucked. Drove all day and just wanted a decent meal.

We were there Saturday night and the food was very good. There were 13 in our party and I thought everything was great. Thanks for a good meal.

My credit card was charged twice. The waitress made a mistake and promised that two charges would not be on my card. Even the manager came to our table and promised that two charges would not be on my card. Well, needless to say there are TWO charges on my card. I am trying to get my money back. Not only did I pay for our food I also paid for someone else. We live 10 hours from this restaurant. To top it off the food was terrible.

If u ever want to b profiled and embarrassed in public, go to the Texas saloon when manager danner is there. I received treatment that was not very far from insulting. The best thing about the experience was leaving this establishment. I will b following up with the corporate headquarters. Good food but horrible management.

My husband and I stopped in this restaurant last weekend and had dinner on our way back to Roanoke, VA from our vacation. My husband ordered fish and I ordered steak.....OMG.....both of our meals were terrible. My husbands fish tasted rotten and the smell was horrible! I ask for my steak to be cooked medium and it was almost burnt and I couldn't even cut it. We called the waitress over and she said someone would come over and speak with us, but that never happened. We ate the rolls and drank our beverage and that was it! On our way out .....and YES......we did pay the bill......we told them we would never be back and we would let everyone we knew that the Princeton Texas Steakhouse is definitely nothing like the Roanoke Texas Steakhouse. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!!!!!!
