Ate there Tues night 6/20 /23 wow fresh awesome meat lovers and cheese pizza,got 1/2 Italian sub,meat on sub little thin but fresh!!!! Wife ordered calzone said it was good, but pizza Shazam on the money for sure . Our family will be back!!!

Poorly managed. The Carolina Beach store is not up to par with the rest of the restaurants in Wilmington. Disappointed almost every time. I'm done with this place.

First time to Michaelangelos pizza in Carolina and beach and last time. It took 45 minutes for a cheese pizza and a couple of subs..When I got back to the condo, subs were wrong and they charged me double.. When I called to complain, they said they couldn't do any thing about it.. DONT EVER GO TO THIS RESTURANT. THE FOOD WAS BAD AND THE SERVICE WAS EVEN WORSE.. NO WONDER THERE WAS HARDLY ANYONE IN THE PLACE.

I am so sick and tired of ordering food from this place and them messing up my order 95% of the time. I only keep coming back because it's one of the only deliver places on the island. All I have to say is GO TO FRANKS PIZZA!!!! Franks never an issue and much better service. Today I called and used my free sub (because they had messed my last one up) and ordered two other items in addition...and without asking me...applied my 25% off (from another order they messed up) to the remaining bill of $9.00, of which I did not ask them to do and they refused to credit my 25% back and allow me to pay the full price as I intended so I could us my 25% on something worth it. THANKS FOR THE $2.00 off guys! When the cost of the food I paid for originally to even get the credit doesn't scratch the surface. What a joke. I am local here and have spent hundreds of dollars over the years and I'm DONE!!!! Whoever gives this place good reviews doesn't order from them regularly.

They left out extras we ordered (and paid for) Stromboli was burnt on bottom and had very little filling and was mostly dough, greasy and really soggy. (their Stromboli are made like calzones. Theirs also have sauce already inside so they're super soggy if you're getting takeout.) Pizza tasted ok but wasn't quite done and really skimpy on toppings. Their "cheesecake" was some prepackaged Oreo crap that if we had known we would NOT had ordered. Called and spoke to manager who had an excuse for everything (he said the girl who took our order was new and we just HAPPENED to be her very first order on her own- but what manager does that on a Friday night instead of a slower time?? ) Blah blah on the rest of it- the Oreo stuff was because they didn't have a replacement for the regular stuff they carried and so on-- he did offer to give us out money back on the cheesecake but who wants to ride BACK out and waste another trip for 6 bucks??! We will not be back. Sorry service- not so great food- lost $30 on lesson learned.

Took about an hour and 15 min to get our order. When it finally came the pizza was soggy and cold.

Pizza was good, but fried mushrooms were soggy. We waited for well over an hour for delivery on a Sunday evening. Make sure you specifically request silverware if you need it; we ordered from a hotel and obviously didn't have any, but were told it must be requested in order for them to bring it.

My family of 8 LOVES there pizza . I wish there had one closer by where we live . Prices are great also.
