Wow! This is some great food, served by a really good, polite, and eagerness to get you anything you need wait staff We have been going here for years, the food is excellent, so to the cooks, ("Fantastic")
No complaints. We will continue to go to Ciccionie's. If you've not tried them, your missing out.

CICCIONE'S RISTORANTE IS THE BEST BEST by far in Winston salem and nunzio the owner is the MAN

Excellent food. New chef is amazing, top notch wait staff. Very knowledgeable of food and wine. Favorite waitors are Lee and the little guy Martin i think. We eat there every week and always enjoy ourselves. Hats off to Nunzio and his crew.

The food was OK. It wasn't the best. The service was plain awful. The girl had no personality. I usually have a regular waiter I ask for. Lee and he is an amazing server. I believe he was off that day. We asked where Jamie was and the girl said he quit on Nunzio. I'm not sure what the reason was but she told us he was a bad cook. Now I've been coming to Cicciones for 12 years and Jamie was our favorite waiter. Then he became the chef and the food was fantastic. We wish both Jamie and Nunzio the best but we will not be back here.

Well today 3/29/14 just called in a order to be delivered, and the girl that answered the phone had no personality no nothing!!! I had to say my phone number 2 times and then tried to order 2 pizza pretty simple a cheese and pepperoni. Let's just say I don't think she was focusing on the order had to repeat it 3 times then she tried to tell me she couldn't hear me, funny thing is I was on a land line phone and when I told her that she put the phone down and said I can't hear her. Another girl picked up the phone and what u know heard me just fine. I am born and raised here so I know she could understand me. Not happy with the customer service!

Delicious! Everytime I travel back home it's a must that we get a pizza from here. I worked here as well and never tired of the food, everything I tried was great and ate it probably more than I should lol. After reading other reviews I feel the need to back up the owner. Like I said I worked for Nunzio for about 5 years, he always treated me with respect, because I did my job well. If you worked hard and didn't make the same mistakes all the time, the yelling didn't happen. Now while it probably shouldn't be done to where customers can hear, the back is small and busy and sometimes that's just how it goes. It's a cultural difference people find hard to understand. But there were some employees that just couldn't get it together ever and constantly lost him money or messed up orders. The yelling was probably because he wanted to make sure your meal was right the first time and not sent back! Annnnd you never know how hard someone has worked to build this business that is their livelihood soooo if you don't like it, order take out so you don't have to hear it lol because I guarantee you'll still love the food :)

First of all, even you with your complaint admits that the food is good. Frankly, before you comment on the owner, why don't you go volunteer and try to manage this level of a worker. Lets face it, you cant hire much better than McDonald's level if you want to make any money and after 2 weeks of that, you probably would be screaming at them. Frankly, if that's what it takes to get them to serve properly and clean up properly, scream more!! I'll eat the pizza and excellent authentic dishes. Then again, most of you NC natives wouldn't know the difference between hunts tomato sauce and real marinara. Sta Zito!

I must say that the owner of this restaurant is the most unprofessional person that I have ever been in contact with. He constantly verbally abuses his employees. Why would anyone want to eat in this restaurant when they know how the employees are being treated. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. It's just wrong and a restaurant owner like this deserves no community support. I don't care how good the food might be.

I decided that I wanted to try this place for the first time after moving to Lewisville. It was a Tuesday evening very quiet (very nice) the food was pretty good. I think that the chef uses to many spices though. The waitstaff there seem like the owner pulled them off the street. With saying that I over heard one of them talking about how when they were in prison. They call it a family atmosphere? I would not want my kids hearing about prison time. The owner above all is the most rudest nasty mouth person I ever met. He calls his employees retarded, walking around in the front like he is a God. I would recommend this place to people if they DO NOT bring their KIDS or Grandma.

This is the best pizza, hands down, in Winston Salem. I hail from the northeast, PA to be specific and my family has searched all over WS for good pizza. This pizza is not only good it is great! This is like the typical NJ or NY pizza. I also had the Stromboli which is equally as good as the pizza only on another level. I had the lasagna and the sauce was to die for. The selection of sauces that they prepare for the pasta is more than adequate. They serve beer and a nice little selection of wine to complement your meal. I have also tried their Italian sandwich but was a little disappointed because it didn't taste like the sandwiches in Phila. If you haven't tried this little pizza restaurant you must give it a try. I'll bet you will be going back for more.
