PLEASE DON'T GO HERE. SINCE THEY HAVE MOVED THEY HAVE BEEN RUDE UGLY AND WHEN YOU TRY TO TALK TO THE MANAGER ALL HE DOES IS ACT LIKE HE DOESN'T SPEAK ENGLISH. WE HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR WEEKS TO GET THEM TO CORRECT OUR ORDER. THEY OWED ME FOOD, WOULD NOT REFUND OUR MONEY, I ASKED FOR THE DISTRICT MANAGER AND ALL HE WOULD SAY IS THAT HE IS OWNER. SINCE THEY MOVED FROM ACROSS THE BRIDGE THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR SERVICE OR THEIR FOOD. WE ALL NEED TO BAN TOGETHER AND STOP GETTING FOOD HERE AND THEY WILL HAVE TO CHANGE OR LEAVE. I AM TIRED OF BEING TREATED LIKE SOMETHING THAT YOU WALK ON.

I eat Chinese very often and when I am at work during the week over here I eat lunch there all the time. Their prices for lunch are great and even come with a drink. They are very fast, will change anything you need to make it special for you, and very friendly once you come in a few times. They even know me by # when I call :)

We've been long-time customers and have to say we've never been disappointed. We usually joke that they must be cooking in a van down the street because our order arrives so quickly. We don't order from anyone else!

We have ordered from New Dragon Palace for years. Our last order was 2 hours late. We paid for the cold food and the owner said he would bring back fresh which he did but forgot the rice. At this point, the owner said our next order would be free. When I called two weeks laters to order and take the owner up on his commitment he hung up on me! This isn't how you treat customers. We paid for our food and expected what we ordered. What we got was horrible service, food and the phone hung up on us. Don't order form New Dragon Palace if you want good service and help when the order is wrong!
