I had the unpleasant opportunity to eat at this restaurant. We ate here during the seafood fest special promotion which was advertised on TV. The platter included a small lobster tail which was hard and overdone. The potatoes were cold along with the crab cake. Our beer was warm too. I had a shrimp platter which was just OK and edible. We complained to the server and did get some credit towards our meal via a gift card which was given to us for the purpose of compensation for such a pathetic meal. I will never eat at a Ruby Tuesdays ever again. One star is just to much to give. I would give it a minus one star if I could.

Just had the worst meal u can imagine at ruby tues. half done chicken breast with BBQ sauce poured on it and onion rings that tasted like the came from McDonald's. Little cheese biscuits made from biscuick Only thing good was salad bar and ice water!
