Nice atmosphere, some of the food was good, but the prime rib we had was tough and grisly. Didn't finish it in fact. Worst prime rib we've had and would not recommend anyone order it.

Aside from the understaffing, lack of bussing and having to get own drinks from bar. They served a fillet of salmon raw and refused to take it off the bill and only gave 20% off the plate. When I disagreed with this point the waitress was told by the manager to tell us it was sushi grade and it was fine to eat raw and that bites had been taken so they wouldn't comp it. We did not order sushi and this was an absolutely unacceptable answer!

The only lighting in the room was table candles, of which our table only had one on an 8-top, so no one could see there food well enough to determine how well cooked it was. As soon as I saw that it was undercooked my partner stopped eating. On this matter I checked the pork chop my step-father was eating and it too was still raw in the middle and by the bone. I have worked on the grill in kitchens cooking these same meals and rushing the food and having this be the outcome is absolutely unacceptable and unsafe by health-board standards!

Considering this is a redesigned establishment under new ownership, the same amount of care should be given to the food and service as was put into the face lift the building received. The manager and chef should be fired for negligence and arguing with customers on matters regarding undercooked food. Not the first post of this kind this summer and won't be the last!

Amazing! These other reviews must be phony. The meal and the service, top five I've ever had. Give it a shot.

The parking lot was so icy we began the evening worried about getting back to our cars.

Prime rib at $25 was 50% fat (or more). My wife asked for her steak to be med-well and it was bloody. No waitress came around to check on the meal and we didn't make a fuss because we weren't paying the bill and the party we were with would have been upset.

I asked three times for coffee and NEVER received it. Some of the baked potatoes were without sour cream. When someone asked about desert we were told they had a limited number left - this was at 6;40

I feel cheated of a nice night out but the people we were with made up for this restaurant. We had a party of 10 and it was a special occasion. Do not waste your time.
