On April 20,2019 I attended, with my father to your Customer Appreciation event with current Patriots player Obi Melifonwu. Let me explain the chain of events that happen to me. My father and I arrived just after 11am to your restaurant. I decided since I was coming from New Hampshire and its 1 and half drive for me it would be important to show up early. When My father and I came into the restaurant ,beside another gentlemen , we were only one their ahead of time for noon start time. Which is fine , we order a pizza and talk to the dominos employes including a gentlemen that either was manager or even could have been you but never got the name of gentleman that I was talking too . He seemed friendly and I express that I came a distance and saw the flyers on social media. Around 1130 , Another gentlemen showed up and turn out it was Obi’a agent. At that point he told us he was selling a book and obi signing it too if you bought a book. At no point during that whole there was no mention of fee to get autograph from Obi. Then around 12 Obi showed up and someone from dominos , his agent ,and him had private conversation as us fans waited. Then the dominos person (maybe it was you) informed us it would be $25 autograph and no outside items. At that point I ask why is that and why was it not mention on flyers? Dominos person just located at me with no real response, kind of passing off on agent. As I was now Upset and frustrated ,My father and I left the restaurant . As we were about to cross the street , the gentleman from dominos came out to talk to us. Tell us don't leave yet , come back in and we help you out. We decide to listen and come in. which at point it was crowded and had no idea what was going on. Then I was told if bought a book, he would sign one of mine items. I told my father this not right and we are leaving so we left the restaurant again. As we were about head towards my car the agent came outside to talk to us . He wanted to try make it better. He offered to let my three items done if bought the book. I agreed to do that and we enter the restaurant again . He told us we would go right up to Obi since we been there the longest. I place my items on table and right way Obi Complained about my items and said he would not signed them and if he does sign any outside items it would be personalize only. Obi and agent said “ we don’t wanting it ending up on ebay”. So once again mislead and upset I grab my items back and left and drove off. At no point did Domoties come over apologies for flyers being misleading and for all this happening. No one offer me giftcards or anything for my troubles. I am not famous but I have built a lot connection in sports autograph business and have plenty of friends that are collectors like me that will be hearing about this. I have contacted dominos headquarters, i have written a review on google, facebook,and yelp of this location. I plan on spread the word more. I know how events should be run and this was by far worst event I witness . B
