I was in Wyoming last summer with my husband and two children, driving from Jackson Hole to Denver. Seemingly in the middle of nowhere, we came across a neat looking restaurant just off the road. We stopped in for lunch and were instantly smitten with the atmosphere, the home cooking and the friendly staff. My kids were particularly excited as some of the other patrons looked to be real cowboys! So, with the beautiful view out the windows and the good food and service, we felt as if we had found a real treasure. Also, we had a dessert that was incredible. I have not been able to find anything that is nearly as delicious as the chocolate cake/brownie with the coconut and walnut frosting! I'm hoping to get back there one day -- and hopefully get the recipe while I'm there.<br />
