05/20/2021 - Disappointed in Akron
This place is consistently disgusting. I live in the neighborhood and used to order delivery quite a bit. However, the first time I experienced an issue they weren't helpful and the experience was so bad I refused to order from them ever again. 3 years later (on May 19, 2021) I decided to risk trying them again because my wife (who is 7 months pregnant) was craving jojos and this was the nearest location with some available at a decent price. We ordered 6 chicken tenders and 12 jojos and spent 20$. After waiting 70 minutes for them to bring us the food, it arrived warm and disgusting. Such a disappointment. The jojos were inedible...completely dry and burnt, some were black and looked as though they were "cooked" several times. I called and asked for a refund on the jojos and was told they wanted to give me a "credit" instead of a refund....which I refused because as I said before...the experience prior to this one was horrendous. I don't eat here often enough to utilize credits, especially for disgusting food that wasn't prepared correctly in the first place. I was then told my refund would be brought to me as soon as the "delivery guy" returned, but at that point I knew better. Needless to say, I never received my money. Food is trash. Customer service is trash. Save your money.

This place just down right sucks and moma rossa and her fat -ss son or whoever the hell he is need to learn how to act right twords there customer!!! And the food really sucks Too.

The pizza and subs are very good. So are the prices. My only complaint is the phone service. I call and get placed on hold for 15 minutes and then get hung up on. This has happened 3 times already.
