Growing up around here, Mr Chicken has always been a go-to for crispy, hot fried chicken and friendly service that feels like family. The Twinsburg crew, especially Brenda, Mary, and Marya, consistently make every visit pleasant with their genuine kindness and fast, efficient service, even when the drive-thru line stretches out the door. While the food is usually spot on, with tasty sides and generous portions perfect for gatherings, some items like the barbecue bacon sandwich and mac and cheese missed the mark for me.

During a recent visit to Mr. Chicken, my family and I were pleasantly surprised by the delicious tenders and fast, efficient service. The staff member working that day was incredibly friendly, adding to the positive experience. Despite the long drive-thru line, the hot and crispy chicken was worth the wait, making it a memorable stop on our road trip.
