The falafel sandwich I had was simple but incredibly fresh, with perfectly cooked falafel that reminded me of my recent trip to the Middle East. The owner, Norma, is incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable, making the whole experience feel like a warm visit to a family kitchen. The fresh pita and hummus are unmatched in Akron, and the variety of homemade baked goods and groceries adds to the authentic, homey vibe of the shop.
