I'm giving five stars because the homemade bread is super tasty and the customer service is fantastic. I just wish they could answer questions about their products clearly; for instance, when I asked if the ham in their sandwiches is nitrate-free, I got "I don't know," which doesn't sit well with me when I'm paying good money. The bread is amazing, and I'd love to buy it more often for gatherings, but without clarity on ingredients, I might not make the trip back unless I'm in the area.

Five stars for the scrumptious homemade bread and stellar customer service! However, if I'm dropping cash on tasty treats, I'd love a little clarity on whether that ham is nitrate-free or if the honey in those granola bars is raw-knowledge is power, people!
