The staff here consistently impresses me with their willingness to accommodate my requests, whether it's a stack of pancakes for my granddaughter or a meal prepared just as I like it. The hamburger steak has become my favorite, now featured on the menu due to its growing popularity, and it's always hearty and satisfying. With quick service, friendly employees, and a variety of delicious options, this Alabama original remains a must-visit for me every time I'm in town.

The staff at this place are incredibly accommodating and always ready to fulfill my requests, like when I ask for a stack of pancakes for my granddaughter in the middle of the day. I've been a fan of the hamburger steak meal since I discovered it, and it's now featured on their menu due to its popularity; it's my go-to choice whenever I visit this location. The service is quick, the food is fresh, and the employees are friendly, making it a great experience every time I come here.

11/27/2021 - Horrible, Horrible!!
Upon a trip to the Moody's Jacks. -
It was disclosed why I was written off. Nobody us the customers. 1( there was no fresh fries. 2)
I asked again at the window if they were fresh and was told yes a at window. I got home, less that a mile, to find them old, and cold! I. Me that Whoever answered the manager called, listened to me and thanked me for calling, and hung up. 3) The other manager advised me that the store mgr was not advisable, and the DM was in vacation. Wow!
When I was working, wish I'd had that that job. Just for sure, that "Jacks is off my list.
