Ive been in food service many years ,and reluctant to eat at a buffet, due to: Many unwashed hands touching items ,( hand sanitizer unit available, many don't see it on wall, near dessert area) and food temps not monitored)I finally gave it a try, by meeting friends there for lunch. I was very impressed. Both hot bar, and salad bar, stocked and employees busy maintaining product. Servers, were Outstanding- Displaying excellent teamwork , professional in appearance, hustle and smiles .Cashiers, friendly, welcoming, attentive. The restaurant was clean, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. The pricing is beyond reasonable, and overall operation of this business, was near perfect. Been in several times since , and the restaurant's consistency is to be commended. Great Job, to Staff and Management by taking pride in what you do !

My son and I ate your lunch buffet today and it was absolutely awful. I hate to say this but when you first opened this place was my favorite place to eat but over the past year this restaurant has went down hill fast by that I mean I had fried chicken for lunch but the chicken was so dry because it had been sitting under the warming light too long, the mashed potatoes were cold along with the corn, the roast had a ton of grease on it and the turnip greens were also cold, they have taken all of my family's favorite items off of the lunch buffet they were fried fish, shrimp and mac and cheese they have put all of these items on the night buffet so they can charge more at night for these items which is not fair to the loyal customers the lunch buffet is $7.99 and the night buffet is almost $10.00 my lunch today was not worth $7.99 all I ended up eating was my salad and it was definitely not worth $7.99 the dessert bar was a disaster it looked like some had tried to serve themselves a piece of pie and ended up messing up the entire pie there was hardly any cookies on the bar the dessert bar needs more variety of desserts when you first opened you had something like oreo brownies on the buffet but they have been gone for a long time. I will not be eating here any longer I have still patronized this restaurant because I thought they would see the error of what they were doing but I don't think they are so I will be taking my family to Golden Corral in Oxford when we eat out from now on. You were voted the best buffet in Pell City because you are the only buffet in buffet I hope you get some competition soon so you will clean up your act.
