I met the owner at the Foley farm market and we had a long chat about shrimp, freshness etc. He promised me that the Royal Reds were "sweet" and my satisfaction was guaranteed with my purchase. I bought 2 pounds of frozen Reds, 2 filets of Grouper and 2 filets of snapper....the fish was frozen as well and he promised that it was fresh. When I took it home and cooked the shrimp for dinner, it was SO fishy, by far not "sweet" as he described. The next night we thawed and cooked the Grouper, it did not smell fishy before we cooked it, but it smelled and tasted terrible after cooking. I brought all of the cooked and still frozen food back for a refund and he refused. He said that he would only exchange. Bad business, bad policy, bad fish and shrimp, period.
