Ordered online for first time. They forgot to include the fries I was supposed to get with my burger, of course didn't want to drive all the way back after discovering this at home. Called to tell them and they said the manager would call back. Day #3 and nothing. Obviously a poorly run place just as we keep hearing. Food is too damn expensive nowadays to be doing this to people. If they are going to charge a .99 cent takeout fee they need to get their act together. We will just stick with going to the one in Huntsville every time we are there.
