We were so disappointed With our food and the service today.
We don't eat fast food much , but a year ago we had a single with cheese at this location and it was very classic Wendy's Very good What a change
We chose to eat there so it would be fresh and hot. We waited 20 minutes at least for our food. and there were only two people in front of us.
The burgers came out cold, the Buns were very soggy Well the top bun was hard and stale, and the bottom was wet, no onions no mayonnaise. The french fries were cold The chili was decent, but they didn't even bother to crumble the meat. It looked like somebody had dropped their 1/4 of a hamburger in the chili. The restaurant was cold and uncomfortable.
They did not appear to be understaffed They had six people working that we could see
The crew working seemed like they had just walked off the street. When I asked if cheese and sour cream came with the chili, he said I honestly don't know. Let's just see how it comes out. And then maybe you can add it.
a classic Wendy's single always has that cold, big crunchy onion, and mayonnaise. And they didn't put either one.
We will not chance going there again
