We gave the one star review not because of the food or anybody at our Arby’s in Clanton but the evening we were coming up to pick up our food we had a question on it before we were coming in so we called ahead of time and the woman Tina who answered at loves truckstop which is the number you have to call to go through them to get forwarded to the Arby’s she asked what we wanted to talk to Arby’s about and we told her we had a question about the food and the menu and she hung up on us so we called right back and then she refused to answer. She was very rude when she answered and very rude in her handling of customer service over the phone . But as for Arby’s it’s self that is a five star rating for us thank you for anybody in management who may see this and address this as quickly as possible for their customers such as ourselves .
