Place didn't only go downhill it went way over the hill. Overpriced. Long wait for food. Portions not at all what this place has been known for. No smiles or how are you. Its like slap the menu dow and What hat Cha want to drink?. 20 min later they bring the drink, another 40 min you get the food, and you flag down a server for refill or condiments, or go to bar to get it yourself and you wait a while at the register too. Got cold greasy fries so I left em on plate, no question as to why I didn't eat them when I got to register and said I never ate my fries. She says I should of said something. I reply. I never saw you again till now, so I pay for food I never ate. Last time for me. Too much money for what you get and your charged for food you can't eat. Use to eat Ed everything on plate and often needed go box. Another thing, They fill your glass with ice. And charge you for a refill past 2. I miss the old BroilerRoom, the good servers that once worked there and both Pams. Place became awful.

Use to be a great place to eat, but its' gone downhill the past year. Overpriced, not at all as clean as it once was, food below average overcooked or undercooked, cold or old, portions very small. Slow service, no refills offered. This place use to be busy and there were 2 other customers while I waited 40 minutes for a burger, that cost over $9.00. The Changes this place has made are not good . Really sad. I use to brag about this ole place. I wont be back or recommend.

Plenty of options here- Grilled or fried chicken, pork chops, ,chicken , salads, homemade chili and vegetable soup, cornbread , vegetables 24 hrs., Hand cut Ribeyes, hand pattied burgers, fried catfish, on n on, Plus breakfast served 24 hrs a day, Good food , good service , reasonably priced. You won't leave hungry!

The only time our Office eats at the Broiler room is when Miss Anne is cooking. She makes the best southern food in the south. No one can cook like she can. I call and always ask if she cooked, if not we go somewhere else. The service is good when you have the right person waiting on you which doesn't happen very often. If they had some good waitress's , it would be even better.
