Most people say the food is OK especially in this small rural town where we do not have but a few fast food places to dine at.

However, I experienced the an intolerable situation with the manager's daughter at the drive thru window this evening at about 7:50 PM
(Location: Main Street Brundidge, Alabama on May 15, 2010).

Even after my relatives who were visiting from out of town and I went inside to try to explain and resolve the issue, the female insisted upon being extremely rude and even threw my change on the counter top. I did not appreciate her behavior and others need to know about this problem.

We late had some other visitors at our home who said they no longer eat at the Crowe's Chicken Restaurant in Brundidge, Alabama because of the attitude of this same female who is the manager's daughter and makes it clear when someone asks to speak to the manager that it will not do any good because her mother is the manager/owner.

What else can be done.
