RUDE! The girl had a terrible attitude and was yelling at me through the drive thru speaker. I ended up leaving. They really need to have higher standards when going through the hiring process. There is straight trash working here.

lousy service and subpar food

Went in at 5:35 PM on Monday, March 5th to the Wetumpka Wendy's. There were 6 employees and one customer. The young lady taking orders finally left off visiting with her two non-employee friends, and came to take my order. Each time I would speak, she would look back and say something to someone else. It took a while (she had no name tag), and when we summed up the order, she had it wrong (a salad, where I had ordered a sandwich). My order was for 3, and was to go. When we finally agreed on the order (between her looking off each time I spoke), she left the register and began to work on getting orders ready. Three people walked in to order. She told them "be with you in a minute". Never made a move to go to the register. Finally, at 5:44 PM they turned and left. Neither she nor any other employee seemed to notice or to care. My order was a long time in coming. I did not check it over at the counter, but when I got home, the chicken sandwich had lettuce (I specifically asked for "no lettuce"), the fries were cold and limp, there were no chips or other amenities to a salad we ordered. No chips nor sour cream. I have eaten at Wendy's in many places. They did not put my ticket in the bag, so I have nothing to identify the employee. This is the only place I will never return to. I see now why they had only one customer at this suppertime. Sam Eads 334-478-4677.
