I was excited about being able to go back to the newly renovated Subway in Elba especially after folks were talking about the new menu items. We ordered our favorite subs and to say we were disappointed is an understatement. The bread was flat and the meat fillings were bland. My toasted bread was so hard it crumbled. Hubby said girls were picking at the boy about the bread but he didn't think anything of it til he got home and we started to eat. I will have to think twice before visiting again and when I do. I hope that the subs are not compromised in favor of new menu items.
