Effie's has a wonderful atmosphere and the service is consistently excellent. While the tortilla chips can be a bit greasy, the food is generally reliable, and I have enjoyed dining here multiple times and plan to return. The staff are friendly and the quesadillas are a personal favorite, making Effie's a standout dining experience that I highly recommend.
