The employees were very kind and curtious, she made sure she served me to the fullest services was all smiles and made me feel very welcomed and her services was the best I've ever had at Olive garden... I use to work for Olive garden so I know how things are suppose to be and my waitress was one of the best I've had her name was Courtney.

Went Olive Garden in Opelika Alabama on July 10, 2020. Waited on the outside for 25 minutes to talk to Manager to place an order for Saturday pickup at 4:30. She ran my credit card for the $125.00 order and I got a receipt. Called back the next morning to confirm order. All good! Husband went to pick up order ( I stayed home with guest) at 4:15 . He asked three different times for order with the same result that it would right out. Finally he asked me to call them after him waiting for thirty minutes. At first I was told that they didn't have an order for me, then after being on hold for ten minutes they found the order. The problem was that they had not even started it so I told them to just cancel everything. They offered to deliver it when it was ready, but by this time I had no faith that we would actually get our food. Horrible experience!
